How to access your Minion

After the walkthrough, use Dashboard.

Setup is admin context. The product step you need is not buried here: finish onboarding, then run the five actions on the operations board. Open workspace is how you access the Minion.

Path: Onboarding complete → Dashboard → Prepare workspace → Generate Hermes config → Launch Minion → Open workspace.

Open the operations board

Go to Dashboard. That is where your Minion lives after onboarding.

Prepare workspace

Click Prepare workspace so MinionMint creates the computer folder on a host (Kermy / Squirmy / Mercermy).

Generate Hermes config

Click Generate Hermes config so the Minion gets a runnable agent profile.

Launch Minion

Click Launch Minion. Wait until status is running (not just prepared).

Access it

Click Open workspace. That is how you enter the Minion after the walkthrough. You can also open /minions/[minionId] if a Minion ID is shown.

Where the Minion runs: remote SSH hosts (Kermy / Squirmy / Mercermy) under /root/minion-workspaces on that machine.

Sign in and owner identity

Production: Google via Clerk. Today: Local demo identity until Clerk keys are installed.

Choose model provider

Optional for concierge. Minion runtime can still launch with local/Hermes config.

Credential vault

Save encrypted credential references. Never put raw keys in blueprints.

Choose workspace path

This deploy uses remote_ssh hosts (Kermy, Squirmy, Mercermy).

Hermes template

MINIONMINT_HERMES_TEMPLATE_REF is set to local-hermes-template.

If launch is blocked, the Dashboard message under the buttons shows the next missing step.
